End-to-end non-metallic materials testing — from fundamental properties to CAE simulation data, trusted by automotive, aerospace and consumer-goods customers.
Our core service. Equipped with a high-speed tensile machine with temperature chamber (−70 °C to 180 °C, strain rates up to 500/s), a 220,000 fps camera and a 3D image processing system, we provide complete and accurate data for crash simulation.
Physical and chemical testing of automotive interior and exterior materials — plastics, rubber, leather, paint, electroplating and textiles — together with application engineering support. We hold extensive knowledge of individual OEM material standards and understand how these materials are used in vehicle interiors and exteriors.
In the digitalisation drive of Industry 4.0, improving simulation reliability is unavoidable. Reliability depends not only on the soundness of the solver but, more importantly, on whether the material data fed in is real and trustworthy. From data processing to constitutive derivation, we deliver a complete CAE material card service.
Injection-moulded thermoplastic specimens and CNC precision machining of components, ensuring samples fully comply with the relevant test standards — the foundation for accurate test data downstream.
Identify latent problems in participating laboratories, reveal differences between laboratories and help them improve their competence. We assign values to comparison specimens so they can later be used for internal quality control — many laboratories already use them in routine QC.
Materials database development and industry-academia collaboration. We run joint materials research with the CAS Institute of Applied Chemistry, Donghua University, Tongji University, Jiangnan University and Guangxi University of Science and Technology; our testing bases also serve as postgraduate training facilities for several universities.
